Are you looking for ways to create real growth opportunities for your library? Do you want your library to do more than survive but actually thrive? Conceived from the book, The Purpose-Based Library, join us for a special conference to explore answers to these important questions. You will discover new ways to think about metrics, reexamine customer self- driven services, identify and assess your community needs and through cutting-edge services and programs, realign your library services accordingly.

During this two-day event, you will learn how to apply these concepts to your
unique library environment. On Day One, authors John Huber (Service Alignment Consultant) and Steve Potter (public library administrator extraordinaire) will cover the key ideas in their popular title while additional speakers discuss putting these ideas into action! On Day Two, working together in groups, conference attendees will apply these newly acquired Purpose-Based Library skills to examine and respond to their unique community needs.
